CREDITS: Update my nick, change spacing 

Changes my nickname to lyska.

Fixes a minor pet peeve on /INFO and accurately shows #rainbow-factory
as the channel for elemental-ircd.

Add my nickname to list of people to ask on IRC in `README.md`
