JD Horelick 2e6fddcccf Force a password if auth_user is sent in PASS.
Not doing this (and not having a password on the auth block) makes it really
easy for anyone to get access to that auth block.

nenolod cda8e9b8db [svn] - TS6 is always enabled now.
There is no reason for it to not be enabled on a proper charybdis network.

nenolod 212380e3f4 [svn] - the new plan:
+ branches/release-2.1 -> 2.2 base
  + 3.0 -> branches/cxxconversion
  + backport some immediate 3.0 functionality for 2.2
  + other stuff
