  - In lib/stdlib.nimble

- Recompile koch!
- Generate the full docs;  koch web0
- Generate the installers
  * koch csource -d:release
  * koch xz
  * koch nsis

- Test the installers: koch testinstall
- Tag the release
- Merge devel into master
- Update csources
