The reason why is that even though I don't dream much my dreams scare me cause of how realistic they are.  Even if I'm totally aware it's a dream and try to lucid dream it won't work at all.  When I dream I can touch, smell, taste, feel sensation of things as if it were real life and even when I know it's a dream it doesn't effect the dream.
