For a while, I thought I just wasn't paying attention enough to the pressings and that I perhaps wasn't looking at the evidence clearly enough, but after walking it through with my boyfriend (who's played all of them), he agree that something was wrong. I'd get to the point where the prosecutor was supposed to ask me if I could prove something...but I would never get the option, Phoenix would just go into a rant about how the witness' testimony was perfect. Luckily, restarting the chapter cleared whatever that was up. The witness to the crime mentioned how much he loved _glasses_, even though he wasn't currently wearing any (apparently, he \"lost\" them). Kind of easy. And at the end of the case, yes, that ended up being the deciding evidence. But you have to decide when the right time to bring that up is, otherwise the judge penalizes you. \r\n\r\nThat's kind of simple, though. Sometimes you have to press witnesses and then drop your questions in the right order for anything to happen.
