They keep losing while states keep legalizing gay marriage, they keep losing court battles, 60% of americans support glbt rights whereas only 34% oppose it(opposition at this point is shrinking month by month), they keep losing legislation wise and now they're losing economically.\r\n\r\nEven texas gay marriage ban was struck down and is now going towards the appeals court; it's going to be a couple months until the court decision is decided.
