OH! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!  Everything makes sense!\"\r\n\r\nFrom a technical standpoint there's a lot of moments where you can see that they're trying to squeeze out every last cent of the budget to make sure that the story isn't rushed, but I think it was a good choice in this case cause those corners they cut on animating certain parts were put into the important parts and such.
