But I feel no guilt or hesitation in saying that Eyeshield 21 is BETTER than One Piece. Everything about this series WORKS. The characters are well written and likable. The main character in particular is probably the greatest shonen protagonist in history. The writing is fantastic, showing these characters go from a collection of people just thrown together to a cohesive unit and almost a family. Taking itself just seriously enough that you can feel legitimately heart-broken when the team loses. THE ARTWORK IS GODLIKE. All of the characters look unique and the scenes durong the games are nothing short of beautiful.","author":"4fde4618945b700aa0002fff"}]}
