With my job I go from time zone to time zone almost every day and there are times when I need to wake up at 5 am and other times when I need to work until the early hours of the morning. My sleep schedule is all over the place. Over the past few months I have basically become able to sleep anytime I want. I can pull an all nighter with ease and even work a full 24 hours with no sleep then spend the entire next day resting only to get up at 7 am the following day.
