Frontier is where the franchise went down cause the amount of reused footage was grating; hell even the boss fights had re-used stock footage.  the story was meh, but the nail in the coffin was a massive chunk of the animation was rehashed all over the point.  If they hadn't of done that then the popularity wouldn't have fallen so rapidly.\r\n\r\nTl:dr; The games are getting good again.
