After the ghouls start attacking Seras (The Police Girl) she decides to go batshit and just starts slaughtering them with her bare hands. After she's finished turning them into red goop she looks at the blood on her hands and tries to lick it off. Only to be stopped by Integra. My problem with this is that it's kind of out of character for Ms. Hellsing.
