Replace String type synonym Docker.Image by a data type which allows to specify an image name and an optional tag.
...
This also introduces the class ImageIdentifier which is internally
used by some Docker methods.

explicitly speciy params for systemd-nspawn ExecStart
...
It was using whatever was in /lib/systemd/system/systemd-nspawn@.service,
but systemd 220 added --network-veth to that, which can break existing
setups. So don't do that.

While needed for chroot provisioning, it confuses system when
systemd-nspawn runs it inside the container.
